Ingram steers Glamorgan to victory

Former Proteas batsman Colin Ingram was the standout South African performer in the final day of County Cricket action, guiding Glamorgan to a seven-wicket win over Surrey.

Glamorgan vs Surrey – Glamorgan won by seven wickets

Ingram struck an unbeaten 61 off 64 balls, including seven fours and two sixes, to see Glamorgan home in a successful chase of 195.

Kent vs Middlesex – Kent won by 49 runs

It was a tough clash for Leus du Plooy’s Middlesex, who fell to defeat. Du Plooy managed just 13 in the second innings, totalling 27 across both.

Somerset vs Warwickshire – Match drawn

Warwickshire closed on 98-2 to secure a draw against Somerset, who had posted 435 in their second innings. Jordan Hermann contributed 17 and 34 across the two innings as Somerset failed to bowl out the visitors.
