• Namibia beat SA Emerging in T20 series

Namibia secured an easy 91-run victory over the South African Emerging team in the final T20 clash, claiming a 2-1 series win.

Zane Green (63 off 38 balls, 6 fours, 3 sixes) led the way with a flying half-century, while there were also swashbuckling efforts by Gerhard Erasmus (39 off 27 balls), JP Kotze (28 off 20 balls), JJ Smit (37 off 15 balls and Jan Frylinck (22* off 8 balls) that powered the hosts to a massive 230 for six.

The visitors fell into trouble early in the reply and never recovered, they were eventually bowled out for 139 in 16.2 overs.

South Africa struggled with the bat and found themselves way short of the required rate as regular wickets tumbled.

Jason Smith top scored with 35 as the emerging team was bowled out for only 139 in the 17th over.

The first of three one day games gets under way on Tuesday in Windhoek.
