• Markram back for Titans

Proteas batsman Aiden Markram is set to return from injury after being called up to the Titans squad for their One Day Cup clash with the Dolphins in Durban this Thursday.

The 25-year-old underwent an operation after sustaining a fracture to his left finger during the first Test against England in Centurion at the end of last year.

Markram has not played any cricket since, but this will provide him with an opportunity to finally get some much-needed game time under the belt.

On Wednesday, the Proteas announced their squad for three ODIs against Australia, with the uncapped Janneman Malan and Kyle Verreynne retained.

Titans squad: Grant Thomson (c), Farhaan Behardien, Corbin Bosch, Neil Brand, Junior Dala, Tony de Zorzi, Dean Elgar, Imraan Manack, Rivaldo Moonsamy, Aiden Markram, Alfred Mothoa, Diego Rosier, Kabelo Sekhukhune.
