The Black Caps thrashed England by 160 runs in the deciding third Test at Trent Bridge to seal a 2-1 series victory, having trailed 1-0 after the opening Test, becoming the first side to come from behind and win a three-Test series on English soil.
The result lifts New Zealand to 72.22 per cent, above India on 48.15 per cent, as both sides continue chasing the two automatic WTC Final spots.

Australia remain top of the table with 87.50 per cent from eight matches, while South Africa sit second on 75.00 per cent, having played fewer matches than several of their closest rivals. Bangladesh occupy fourth on 58.33 per cent, just ahead of India.
The series defeat caps a difficult period for England, who have now lost six of their last eight Tests. The result also marked the end of an era, with captain Ben Stokes retiring from Test cricket following the match, ending a tenure defined by entertaining but inconsistent results.
For South Africa, the shifting standings around them add further intrigue heading into their bumper home summer against Australia, Bangladesh and England later this year.
