• Black Caps march on

New Zealand finished the Super 10 stage of the World T20 tournament unbeaten after routing Bangladesh by 75 runs on Saturday.

In a one-sided affair, Bangladesh collapsed to 70 all out in 15.4 overs chasing 146 for victory.

Choosing to bat first, Kane Williamson top-scored with 42 from 32 balls, while Colin Munro (35) and Ross Taylor (28) also made useful contributions before the rest of the batting order collapsed, none of them being able to score more than nine.

Mustafizur Rahman was the pick of the Bangladeshi bowlers, but his 5-22 was in vain after a disastrous chase, in which none of the batsmen managed to reach 20; Grant Elliott (3-12) and Is Sodhi (3-21) taking the bulk of the wickets.
