Durham's Colin Ackermann and Nottinghamshire's George Linde were among the star South African performers in another round of thrilling Vitality Blast action.

Yorkshire vs Nottinghamshire – Yorkshire won by 18 runs

George Linde was effective with the ball once again, following his three-wicket haul in the previous round with 2-36. Linde added 25 off 14 balls, but Notts were bowled out for 175, 18 runs short of Yorkshire’s total.

Proteas spinner Simon Harmer took 1-23 from his four overs as Essex thrashed Surrey by eight wickets in London.

Sussex vs Hampshire – Hampshire won by four wickets

It went down to the wire as Delano Potgieter’s Hampshire beat Sussex in a final-ball thriller. Potgieter took 1-22, removing Sussex’s top scorer Daniel Hughes (55) as a target of 187 was set.

An explosive 70 off just 31 balls from Hilton Cartwright and a half-century from Ben Mayes set the tone as Hampshire struck a boundary off the final ball to seal a four-wicket win.

Leicestershire vs Derbyshire – Derbyshire won by seven wickets

Matthew Montgomery was ruthless, taking 3-26, removing Stephen Eskinazi, Rehan Ahmed and Kempton-born Ruan de Swart for a combined seven runs, in Derbyshire’s seven-wicket win.

Aneurin Donald’s 91 off 38 headlined the chase, with Wayne Madsen falling for two off Rehan Ahmed, while Montgomery’s unbeaten 12 helped seal the win.

Northamptonshire vs Warwickshire – Warwickshire won by five wickets

Warwickshire’s bowling attack ripped through Northants in a five-wicket win. Ricardo Vasconcelos managed just two before being caught by Hamza Shaikh off Richard Gleeson.

Glamorgan vs Gloucestershire – Glamorgan won by 50 runs

Graeme van Buuren (2-32) and Marchant de Lange (1-31) featured for Gloucestershire in a humbling 50-run loss. Van Buuren contributed 28 in the chase, while de Lange was run out without facing a ball as Gloucestershire were bowled out for 185.

Middlesex vs Kent – Middlesex won by 14 runs

Eathan Bosch scored an unbeaten 23 as Middlesex posted 172. Captain Leus du Plooy added 10 before being removed by Ekansh Singh. Zafar Gohar was the pick of the bowlers with 3-38, while Bosch finished wicketless on 0-17, as Kent were restricted to 158-7.
