He might be small in stature but Temba Bavuma is lightning fast and pretty accurate when having a shot at the stumps. Just ask David Warner, who was a bit too nonchalant in his running between the wickets at the WACA in 2016.
During the first of three Test matches, the Proteas needed their players to step up to the occasion under testing circumstances and Bavuma did just that with this spectacular piece of fielding.
The Australians were chasing 539 for victory when Warner thought he was just taking an easy single on offer.
Bavuma, though, was quick to get to the ball and unleashed a throw at the stumps while diving.
Originally everyone thought Warner had made the crease but the review indicated otherwise as he was well short, departing for 35 as the Proteas went on to claim a 177-run victory.
