Proteas claim series sweep over Ireland

A 127-run opening partnership between Temba Bavuma and Reeza Hendricks set up a 49-run victory for the Proteas in the third T20I against Ireland on Saturday.

Bavuma scored 72 off 51 balls, while Hendricks accumulated 69 from 48 balls before another David Miller (36*) masterclass carried the Proteas to 189-2.

Ireland fell well short of this total, with George Linde, Lizaad Williams and Wiaan Mulder all claiming two wickets each.
