Dhoni led the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) to five IPL titles in 2010, 2011, 2018, 2021, 2023. CSK have appeared in 10 finals altogether.
In a record-breaking career, Dhoni has played 278 matches – an IPL record – and scored over 5,500 runs as a hard-hitting finisher in T20 cricket.

As a wicketkeeper, the 42-year-old has also effected over 200 dismissals.
However, Dhoni has yet to feature for his franchise at IPL 2026, as he continues his recovery from a calf injury sustained ahead of the season.
