Farhaan Behardien has won the toss and has decided to bat in the Newlands decider against Sri Lanka.
The Proteas have decided to make the most of the squad available to them as three changes have been made from the last-gasp defeat at the Wanderers.
Dane Paterson makes his international debut and comes in for Aaron Phangiso, while Heino Kuhn makes way for Reeza Hendricks, who plays his first international match in two years. The big change is at No 3, as AB de Villiers comes in to play in his first match for the Proteas since June last year. Theunis de Bruyn is the unlucky man out.
Conditions look good in Cape Town, albeit windy.
