The tri-series precedes a two-match four-day series between South Africa Emerging and Bangladesh Emerging, scheduled for 16 to 26 August in Benoni and Potchefstroom.
Cricket South Africa head of high performance Grant van Velden said the tours remain a vital part of the country’s high-performance pathway, giving players meaningful game time during the winter period.
Western Province trio Josh Breed, Daniel Smith and Valentine Kitime headline the 20-player squad, which has been split between red-ball and white-ball specialists ahead of the two series.
