Rickelton’s most recent high point came with a blistering 83 off 32 balls against Lucknow Super Giants, underlining the impact he can bring at the top of the order.
“It’s been tricky to have a guy of Quinny’s calibre sitting on the bench,” he said. “You are burning yourself with a bit more pressure because you know how good he is and everyone is calling for him.”
