The West Indies beat Pakistan by five wickets in the second ODI in Tarouba on Sunday.
In a rain-shortened game, Pakistan posted 171-7 in 37 overs.
Needing a DRS-adjusted 181 runs to win from 35 overs, the West Indies made a poor start before the innings was steadied by Sherfane Rutherford’s 33-ball 45.
Roston Chase (49) and Justin Greaves (26* ) then led the charge with the bat.
Man of the Match Chase sealed the deal by steering a delivery from Hasan Ali through cover for four.
The decisive third match of the series takes place at the same venue on Tuesday.
