In response, CSK’s top order failed to get going with Faf du Plessis only managing 22, while Shane Watson accounted for 1 before MS Dhoni and Ravi Jadeja consolidated somewhat towards the end of the innings.

In the end, some tight bowling by the Sunrisers bowlers restricted CSK to only 157-5 as the Sunrisers pick up their second victory of the competition.
