Proteas fast bowler Dale Steyn has led the tributes for Robbie Frylinck, who announced his retirement from cricket on Tuesday morning.
The Dolphins all-rounder confirmed in a Twitter post that he is hanging up his boots, bringing to an end a 17-year professional career.
Steyn congratulated Frylinck on his stellar career, saying:’ Fierce competitor, big heart and in my opinion one of the best after the game with a beer in hand!’
Other current and former players also wished the 36-year-old well for the road ahead.
Congrats Robbie! Fierce competitor, big heart and in my opinion one of the best after the game with a beer in hand!
