Magala, Nortje missing from Proteas ODI squad

A 16-man Proteas squad has been named for the ODI series against Bangladesh from 18 to 23 March.

Sisanda Magala was not available for selection due to a failed fitness test, while Anrich Nortje was also not considered as he continues rehabilitation from a hip injury.

The first and third ODIs will be played in Centurion and the second at the Wanderers.

The series will form part of the World Cup Super League.

2nd Test: Friday, 8 April to Tuesday, 12 April, St George’s Park, Gqeberha (10am)
