• Miller gets green light for T20 World Cup

    Proteas batsman David Miller has been medically cleared for next month’s T20 World Cup in India and Sri Lanka.

    Miller successfully underwent a fitness test this week following an adductor muscle strain sustained while playing for the Paarl Royals during the SA20.

    He will join the squad on Sunday when they depart for Mumbai from OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg.

    The Proteas begin their T20 World Cup campaign in Ahmedabad against Canada on Monday, 9 February, followed by group matches against Afghanistan (11 February), New Zealand (14 February) and the UAE (18 February).
