• Injury extinguishes Faf's SA20 fire

    Faf du Plessis has been ruled out of the remainder of the SA20 tournament.

    The Joburg Super Kings captain suffered a right thumb ligament tear requiring surgical repair.

    The 41-year-old scored 135 runs in five innings for JSK at the top of the order at an average of 27.00 and a strike rate of 151.68.

    Leus du Plooy has replaced Du Plessis in the squad with Donovan Ferreira taking over the captaincy.
