• Pain and gain for Proteas

The Proteas have lost Tony de Zorzi for the remainder of the ODI series against England, but received a boost with another batsman cleared to play.

De Zorzi suffered a left hamstring strain while fielding in the first ODI at Headingley on Tuesday. He will return home and undergo scans to determine the extent of the injury.

    No replacement has been named.

Meanwhile, Matthew Breetzke has recovered from his left hamstring strain and is available for selection for the second ODI at Lord’s on Thursday.
