They can all leave it's fine and take their dogs and cats with them, can they at least tell the truth is it money or transformation or quota whatever you call coz non of them has mentioned quota so far and they better not say bad things about South Africa.

Money is obviously one of the big reasons that players are leaving. This country has fallen so far behind 1st world countries, since the ANC took over. (Apartheid was wrong, but the rand, crime, unemployment etc is worse now then it was then). Correcting the wrongs of the past (quotas) does play a big part too. (Those that deny this are not thinking very clearly). If on average, 6 of the 11 starting players must be "black", then obviously you are taking a lot of talented white players out of the game. Having said this though, I must admit, the players of colour in the Proteas test team, deserve their places.

To me country is irrelevant I consider myself living in a global village. there's nothing wrong if I watch English cricket, EPL teams like Manchester united, Arsenal, Manchester City have a large fan base outside England. My point is there's nothing wrong with watching and supporting Yorkshire.

Obviously. Take 7 wickets on debut and get tossed on the trash heap. Duh.

Yeah don't forget he was filling in for Philander who was averaging 18 during that period.. Dale Steyn was the best bowler in the world and formed a deadly partnership with Morkel and together they were the best bowling attack in the world at that time.... you don't drop a proven and established attack just because a rookie got a 7for on debut...

since then De Lange has been plagued by injuries and has thus failed to establish himself in the national squad

It's only the Rejects that's going, no need to moan & groan....they can start a SA Reject XI over there #Goodbye

What CSA must do is ban any kolpak player for our domestic tournaments and say it's not personal it's business lol

Well, the decision must be his. Only time will tell if it was the right one. We do have plenty talent here at home and just love cricket.

John Hare

Can't blame him, he took 9 wickets on debut and then he was never given a proper run again.. you can't waste your years and talents being a bench warmer

Sindile Gadu
Sindile Gadu

These are business decisions...... Stop saying this is QUOTA and all the kak that he took 9 on debut and never got a chance. He had injuries just like Mfuneko Ngam. Do you remember him? He was probably one of the finest bowlers and had a great future and than he broke down. Look at Pat Cummins. Please stop this kak

Getting them all in before brexit brings the end to the kolpak deals

Dwayne Koopman
Dwayne Koopman

Guys are leaving before BREXIT takes effect. The counties are finalizing deals, because Kolpak will be null and void once Britain leaves the EU. So in my opinion, this is purely business, nothing to do with qoutas.

Considering he had to leave the titans because of quotas...not really surprising. Theunis De Bruyn is next and Markram

We have enough talent in this country to field three SA cricket teams. Besides, it's not about politics or money all the time. It's about playing the game you love and peace of mind.
